Ingredients
- Potato – 3
- Pupped -10
- Kadalai Paruppu – 50g
- Onion 2
- Tomoto 1
- Green Chillies
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 spoon
- Coriander leaves
- Chilli powder , turmeric powder , salt

Preparation Method
- First boil the potato and kadalai paruppu and keep aside.
- Now take a fry pan and little oil into this.Add kadugu, Seeragam , after few seconds add chopped onion and fry few minutes .
- Now add ginger garlic paste and green Chilies and fry.Also include tomoto into this to fry.
- Add Chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt . Now brake the boiled potato into small pieces and add into the pan.Also add the boiled Kadalai paruppu and add a glass of water to boil for 10 minutes.
- Fry the pappad and break into pieces. Add this into Cooked potato kootu.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and curry leaves. Now the tasty Potato pappad kootu is ready.
- This is best combination with Chapatti and Parotta.
