Ingredients
- Goat legs – 4
- Ginger , garlic paste
- Onion 3
- Tomoto 2
- Grinded Coconut 1 CUP
- Sombu
- Patta , Lavangam
- Curry leaves, Corainader leaves
- Green Chilles
- Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, salt.
Preparation Method
- Boil the legs with ginger garlic paste, green chillies and salt as required.
- Take a fry pan add oil and fry Sombu , patta, lavangam , add chopped onion and fry for few minutes till it gets golden brown. Add the Ginger garlic paste with this. After this add the tomoto and fry for few minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder as required. Add the Boiled legs and boil for minutes.
- Add the Grinded Coconut into this.Finish the paaya preparation by adding Curry leaves and Coriander leaves.
- Serve this hot with Idly , dosa , parottaa.
