Pay tax for No PAN

Now Start to pay for tax for the amount you have in the Savings account, if the tax is not deducted at the source.To avoid this you have to provide your PAN (Permanent Account number). The tax on this amount could be around 20 percent of the amount deposited in your savings account which is 2 -10% for usual transactions. Yes, the Union Budget had made it mandatory for residents and non-residents to quote this number or face a higher rate of withholding tax. This tax deduction effects from Thursday, April 1. The goal of the new rule is to encourage more people to obtain PAN, a 10-digit alphanumeric tax payer identification number, and thereby become visible to tax authorities. This way, it will help the income tax authorities to cathch the tax defailters. Senior citizens could just file Form 15H in absence of tax liability and become eligible for exemption from TDS. Other wise they ahve to face a TDS rate of 20 percent. Ideally all indians should obtain a PAN number and cote at quote it where required. How to prepare Paruppu adai

Ingredients

Boiled Rice  -1 cup

Green Gram 1 cup

Ginger

Garlic (poondu) 5 pieces

Green Chillies 3

Sombu(Cumin Seeds)

Curry leaves

Salt

Poodina(Mint) Leaves

Chopped Onion  1

Pepper powder 1 spoon

Preparation method

Grind the rice , Green Gram , Sombu , mint leaves, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Garlic with salt. Make sure the Batter is very thick.

Take a pan, add 1 spoon of  oil , mustard seeds, onion and fry well. Then add coriander leaves and add these fried items with the batter.

Also add some pepper powder with the grinded batter.

Take this batter onto a frying pan(tava) and make this batter into round circular shape.Add some oil along the edges. Turn it aside after is cooked.

Now the tasty ada is ready to eat. This special dish will be very much liked for kids and this is a protein rich food.

Try it  and serve to your family with some chutney.

 If the Green gram sprout is added, it will have rich in protien and vitamins. Have a delicious and healthy food.


How to prepare mango Pachadi

Ingredients

Mango – 1

Onion – 1

tomoto – 1

Mustarrd Seeds (kadugu) – to fry

Vendhayam (Fenugreek)  2 pieces for smell

Chilli powder, Turmeric powder

 Jaggery -   1 cup

Oil – 2 spoons

Salt for taste

coriander leaves powder(dhaniya)

Preparaion Method

Remove the mango skin and cut the mango into small pieces

Take a frying pan , add the oil , mustard seed and vendhayam and fry for few minute, also add onion and tomoto in to to fry .

Add the cutted mango pieces and fry for few minutes, then add chilli powder , turmeric powder and salt

Add 1/4 glass  of water, after mango is boiled well add the jaggery and stir it for five minutes. Now the Tasty and Yummy Mango Pachadi is ready. This will be tassty to eat and can serve it as pickle.

How to prepare Mor(Butter milk) Kozhambu – Butter milk sambar

Mor(Butter milk) Kozhambu – Butter milk sambar – Mor Curry recipe

Ingredients
Onion – 2
Tomato – 1
Green Chillies 3
Curd – 1 cup
Ginger small peice
Toor dal(Pigeon peas) 3 spoons
Raw rice 1 spoons
Red Chillies 2
Cumin (Seeragam) small for fry
Mustard Seeds(kadugu)
Black gram
Asafoetida

Preparation Method

    Take a frying pan, add one spoon of oil.
    Put chopped onion, Green Chilles, ginger and tomato and fry them well.
    Grind these ingredients after 10 min in mixie.
    Soak the rice and toor dal for half an hour.
    Grind this rice and toor dal separately with little water like a batter. Take a vessel and pour oil of 2 – 3 spoons.
    Add Seeragam(cumin in English) , Mustard Seeds ,Black gram Asafoetida and then add the red chillies.Fry this for few min and add the onion , tomato mix. Fry all these for 5 minutes
    Now add the rice batter and toor dal batter with the fried onion mix. Stir it well to avoid balls forming.
    Add salt and little turmeric powder.Once it is boiled well, add the curd into the mixture and stir it well for 2 minutes.
    After adding the curd, make sure it is not heated more.
    Add coriander leaaves and curry leaves for Garnishing.

Now the delicious moru Kozhambu is ready to serve.
